The terminal CT-6 is possible to place on any accessible place inside
of the building . It can be used as employees entrance checking , for a door opening and
also for the attendance system. The checking of attach cards is possible to set by a
program or by a special card directly on the sensor/ scanner /. Other parameters can be
changed anywhere by the added program.
Terminal can be connected into the terminal network so the
bigger checking unit connected only to the one database can be made.
The terminal can be supplied by the adapter or the bell
transformer which is placed on the wall or under the plaster in the box .It’s possible
to open the door lock by the exit during the time period.
The terminal is also formed by the external module of the exact
time, which is synchronised, in case of receipt, every day. The module is not depended on
the sensor operation. An accuracy of the sensor is several seconds in month. Time and the
date of sensor is set by the computer.
 The program operates in WINDOWS 95/98/NT
with the ACCESS database. The program enables to make an administration for any number of
employee and subsequently a data processing.
Terminal in a menu is used for the terminal connection by which
it’s possible to parameterised terminal CT-6, transfer DATA and input employee’s
cards.
Transferred DATA are worked up into the handy lists and tablets.
Program enables to monitor the night shift and also to audit the working Saturdays and
Sundays.
Passage through a terminal enables to find out by return each
passage of any employee. All DATA can be printed out on the printer or it’s also
possible to directly made and further process external formations in any formats, for
example Excel, Word, RTF, Text or Lotus and its display on the Internet page or on
Intranet. Through the command SQL is possible to access to the database and process DATA
in own programs , for ex. accounting. The program can work in network system . Program
also includes the simple Internet explorer by which is possible to make program upgrading.
